Image to PDF Converter

Combine one or more PNG or JPEG images into a single PDF, one per page, each page sized to exactly match its image's pixel dimensions — nothing stretched or cropped to a fixed page size. Images embed directly with no re-encoding, preserving quality exactly. Reorder before converting; that order becomes page order. Runs entirely client-side using pdf-lib — nothing is uploaded.

About this tool

This tool combines one or more images into a single PDF, with each image placed on its own page. Every page is sized to exactly match its source image's pixel dimensions (at one point per pixel), so nothing is stretched, cropped, or padded with unwanted whitespace to fit a fixed page size — a wide image gets a wide page, a tall image gets a tall page. Images are embedded directly rather than re-encoded, so quality is preserved exactly as it was in the source file. It runs entirely client-side using the pdf-lib library — nothing you upload is ever sent anywhere.

What you can do

  • Combine PNG and JPEG images into a single PDF, one image per page
  • Reorder images before converting — that order becomes page order
  • Download the resulting PDF with one click
  • Nothing is uploaded — conversion happens locally in your browser

How to use

Step 1

Add your images

Select one or more PNG or JPEG files.

Step 2

Arrange the order

Use the arrows to set the order pages should appear in.

Step 3

Convert and download

Each image becomes its own page, sized to match that image exactly.

Example

Three photos, added in this order:

Input

receipt-1.jpg
receipt-2.jpg
receipt-3.jpg

Output

images.pdf (3 pages, one photo per page, in that order)

become a single 3-page PDF — a common way to turn a handful of scanned receipts or photographed documents into one shareable file.

How your data is handled

This tool is labeled 🟢 Browser: your images are combined directly in your browser using the pdf-lib library — nothing is uploaded to a server, and nothing about it is retained once you leave the page.

Frequently asked questions

What image formats are supported?+

PNG and JPEG. Other formats (like WebP or HEIC) aren't accepted directly — convert them to PNG or JPEG first if needed.

Why is each page a different size?+

Every page is sized to match its source image's exact pixel dimensions, rather than forcing every image onto a fixed page size like A4 or Letter — this avoids stretching, cropping, or adding unwanted whitespace around images that don't match that aspect ratio.

Does converting reduce image quality?+

No — images are embedded directly into the PDF rather than being re-encoded or recompressed, so quality is preserved exactly as it was in the source file.

Can I reorder images after adding them?+

Yes — use the arrow buttons under each thumbnail to move it earlier or later. The order shown is exactly the page order in the resulting PDF.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?+

No — they're combined directly in your browser using the pdf-lib library. Nothing here ever leaves your device.
