PDF Organizer
Visually reorganize a PDF's pages in one pass: reorder them, rotate any page 90° at a time, or delete pages you don't want — all from real thumbnails rendered directly from your file, including their current rotation. A deleted page is only marked, not removed, until you download. Pages are copied at the object level, so text and images stay full quality. Runs entirely client-side using pdf-lib and pdf.js — nothing is uploaded.
About this tool
This tool lets you visually reorganize a PDF's pages in one pass — reorder them, rotate any page independently, and delete pages you don't want, all before downloading a single rebuilt file. Each thumbnail is rendered directly from the actual page content using pdf.js, including whatever rotation the page already had, so what you see matches how the page really looks. A deleted page is marked, not immediately removed, so you can undo it before downloading. The rebuilt PDF copies pages at the object level (the same approach as this site's PDF Merger and Splitter) — nothing is re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images stay full quality; only page order, rotation, and inclusion change. It runs entirely client-side using pdf-lib and pdf.js — nothing you upload is ever sent anywhere.
What you can do
- Visual thumbnails of every page, rendered directly from your PDF
- Reorder, rotate, and delete pages — all in one pass
- Download the reorganized PDF with one click
- Nothing is uploaded — everything runs locally in your browser
How to use
Step 1
Upload a PDF
Every page renders as a thumbnail, already showing its current rotation.
Step 2
Rearrange as needed
Move pages earlier or later, rotate any page 90° at a time, or mark pages for deletion.
Step 3
Download the result
A single rebuilt PDF reflecting every change you made.
Example
A 4-page scanned document where page 3 is upside down and page 4 is blank:
Fix
Rotate page 3 by 180°, mark page 4 for deletion, download
produces a clean 3-page PDF with every page right-side up — without leaving the browser.
How your data is handled
This tool is labeled 🟢 Browser: your PDF is rendered and rebuilt directly in your browser using pdf-lib and pdf.js — nothing is uploaded to a server, and nothing about it is retained once you leave the page.
Frequently asked questions
Does rotating or reordering pages lose quality?+
No — the output PDF copies pages at the object level, not as re-rendered images. Only each page's position, rotation, and whether it's included change; the actual page content (text, images, vector graphics) stays exactly as it was.
Can I undo a page deletion before downloading?+
Yes — a deleted page is only marked, shown grayed out with a "Restore" button, not removed from the working set until you download.
Why does a page's thumbnail already look rotated when I haven't touched it?+
The thumbnail reflects the page's actual current rotation as stored in the PDF — some scanned documents have pages saved with a rotation already applied, and this tool reads that starting state rather than assuming every page begins at 0°.
Can I duplicate a page?+
Not directly in this tool — it's built for reordering, rotating, and removing existing pages rather than adding copies. For combining specific pages from multiple sources, use this site's PDF Merger.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?+
No — it's rendered and rebuilt directly in your browser using pdf-lib and pdf.js. Nothing here ever leaves your device.
